$HPMM dilution seems to be complete, no OTCX at the ask. I would not be surprised if they had another 5mm-10mm shares left to dilute, but I think there are sunny days ahead of us. Also waiting for the Schumer Federal Cannabis Legalization Pitch. Federal approval will have most Marijuana stocks surge like 2014, especially the heavy shorted ones and companies with an awesome share structure!
